I'm not sure if I should be horrified, honored or humbled....
Horrified...That my blog has received so many visits in the past few days and....
1. I still have my Christmas Design still up
2. I didn't do a spell check or grammar check
3. And that in this day and age of supposed awareness, tolerance and sensitivity that we just can't just respect, grow, and learn.
Honored....That my blog has received so many visits in the past few days and...
I've had the opportunity to be encouraged by friends, challenged by strangers, and made new friends.
Humbled...That my blog has received so many visits in the past few days and...
1. That I have received such positive feedback and support.
2. That God has entrusted me with the most honored responsibility of parenting my son.
To all who have visited my blog, thank you. For those who have left comments, thank you. For those who just lurked, welcome.

Thank you for saying what so many Latinos have been thinking about in regards to using a term to describe where someone was born, in any case, yes it is demeaning. Hopefully, those that choose to use that term will one day be told not to by their own children.
Abrazos, Marie
